Refund & Return Policy

At Chatkaara, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in preparing, packing, and delivering our snacks so they reach you fresh and in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that something goes wrong, such as receiving a damaged product, an incorrect item, or a product that’s past its expiry date, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we currently do not accept product returns. However, if you receive an incorrect, expired, or damaged product, you are eligible for a resolution if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund or Replacement

If your complaint is found valid after review, we will offer a full or partial refund, or arrange a replacement of the same item (based on availability). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to Report an Issue

To raise a complaint, email us at chatkaara@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210. Please include your Order ID, a short description of the issue, and clear images of the product and packaging.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in cases where:

  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product has been opened or partially consumed

  • The concern is based on personal taste preference or a change of mind

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, we begin processing immediately to ensure prompt dispatch.
